Royal Oak: 9 AM to 7 PM. Order by 7 PM for same-day delivery.
Battle Creek: 9 AM to 9 PM. Order by 9 PM for same-day delivery.
How late can I place an order for same-day delivery?
For Royal Oak, the cutoff is 7 PM. For Battle Creek, the cutoff is 9 PM. Orders placed after the cutoff will be delivered the next day.
Is there a minimum order or delivery fee?
There's a $50 minimum for delivery, payable by cash or Pay by Bank. Orders going more than 5 miles have a $5 delivery fee.
Can I schedule a delivery for later?
Yes. At checkout, you can choose a delivery time slot that works for you. Just make sure to place your order before the same-day cutoff for your location.
Is there a delivery fee?
Deliveries over 5 miles from our Royal Oak location have a $5 fee. No fee for orders within 5 miles.
What is the delivery minimum?
The minimum order for delivery is $50 before tax.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Pay by Bank through Dutchie at the time of checkout, but cash is preferred. If you pay cash at the door, exact change is appreciated since our drivers don't carry much cash for safety reasons.
Does the person who placed the order need to be present?
Yes. Michigan law requires the person who placed the order to be present at delivery with a valid government-issued ID showing they're 21 or older.
What ID is required?
A valid government-issued ID showing you're 21 or older. Your driver will photograph the front and back per state law, and the name must match the order.
Do you deliver to apartments, condos, or gated communities?
Yes. Just include any gate codes, building numbers, or entry instructions in your order notes so your driver can reach you without delays.

No. State law requires delivery to a private residential address only.
