SMS / Text Messaging Policy

Gatsby Cannabis Co. ("Gatsby") operates an SMS text messaging program to send order updates, delivery notifications, promotions, deals, and loyalty news to customers who opt in. This policy explains how the program works and your rights under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and carrier (A2P 10DLC) rules.

Opt-In

By providing your mobile number at checkout, on a sign-up form, in-store at the register, or by texting our keyword, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated promotional and transactional SMS/MMS messages from Gatsby Cannabis Co. at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. You may receive up to ~8 messages per month for marketing, plus transactional messages tied to your orders (order confirmation, delivery ETA, ready for pickup, etc.).

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details. Gatsby does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt-Out

You can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying STOP to any Gatsby text. You will receive one final confirmation message. Transactional messages tied to an active order may still be sent as needed to complete your purchase.

Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, Boost, MetroPCS, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not share or sell your mobile number or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Phone numbers collected for SMS are used solely to operate the messaging program. See our Privacy Policy for more.

Eligibility

You must be 21 years or older and a U.S. resident to enroll in the Gatsby SMS program.

We may update this SMS Policy at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
