Where do you deliver?
Our Royal Oak location delivers to 40+ cities across Metro Detroit within a 20-mile radius, including Troy, Birmingham, Farmington, Rochester, Novi, Southfield, Ferndale, and more. We do not currently deliver to Detroit. Our Battle Creek location delivers across Southwest Michigan, including Marshall, Springfield, and Kalamazoo.
What are your delivery hours?
Royal Oak: 9 AM to 7 PM. Order by 7 PM for same-day delivery.
Battle Creek: 9 AM to 9 PM. Order by 9 PM for same-day delivery.
How late can I place an order for same-day delivery?
For Royal Oak, the cutoff is 7 PM. For Battle Creek, the cutoff is 9 PM. Orders placed after the cutoff will be delivered the next day.
Is there a minimum order or delivery fee?
There's a $50 minimum for delivery, payable by cash or Pay by Bank. Orders going more than 5 miles have a $5 delivery fee.
Can I schedule a delivery for later?
Yes. At checkout, you can choose a delivery time slot that works for you. Just make sure to place your order before the same-day cutoff for your location.
Is there a delivery fee?
Deliveries over 5 miles from our Royal Oak location have a $5 fee. No fee for orders within 5 miles.
What is the delivery minimum?
The minimum order for delivery is $50 before tax.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Pay by Bank through Dutchie at the time of checkout, but cash is preferred. If you pay cash at the door, exact change is appreciated since our drivers don't carry much cash for safety reasons.
Does the person who placed the order need to be present?
Yes. Michigan law requires the person who placed the order to be present at delivery with a valid government-issued ID showing they're 21 or older.
What ID is required?
A valid government-issued ID showing you're 21 or older. Your driver will photograph the front and back per state law, and the name must match the order.
Do you deliver to apartments, condos, or gated communities?
Yes. Just include any gate codes, building numbers, or entry instructions in your order notes so your driver can reach you without delays.
Can you deliver to my workplace or a public location?
No. State law requires delivery to a private residential address only.
Will my delivery smell?
No. Your order arrives sealed in odor-proof, tamper-evident packaging. Our drivers use unmarked vehicles for complete discretion.
What if there's an issue with my order?

How do I place a delivery order?
Order online through our website. Select your location, browse the menu, add items to your cart, and choose delivery at checkout.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes. You'll receive updates when your order is confirmed and when your driver is on the way.
What if I'm not home when the driver arrives?
The driver will attempt to contact you. If they can't reach you, your order may be returned and you'll need to reschedule.
Can someone else accept my delivery?
No. Michigan law requires the person who placed the order to be present with matching ID.
Do you deliver in bad weather?
We do our best, but delivery times may be delayed during severe weather. We'll keep you updated if there are any issues with your order.
Can I tip my driver?
Yes. Tips are always appreciated and can be added at checkout or given in cash at delivery.
What if I need to cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we can cancel it. Once it's out for delivery, cancellations may not be possible.
